WELE - The Wallaby Series

WELE – the Wallaby is a listening series written by the WELE team and read by Mr. George William and an AI tool.
WELE - the Wallaby brings together the very best of the WELE team, distilled from 10 years of experience developing listening practice through the dictation method.
The series is inspired by the image of a small kangaroo (Wallaby), lost in Vietnam, who begins an exciting journey across the countries of Southeast Asia to make his way back to Australia
As WELE travels from Vietnam through Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia... before returning home to Australia, WELE receives help from many friends in each country; each episode is a small lesson about friendship, courage, and sociability.
These lessons are designed with simple, easy-to-understand vocabulary, suitable for beginner listeners as well as primary/secondary school students. The lessons are read in a warm, deep voice at a very slow pace by Mr. George Williams, making it easier for listeners and helping them quickly gain confidence.

After the success of the first series, the team went on to develop listening lessons about WELE - the sailỏ, WELE - the pilot and WELE -the surgeon to tell stories about professions around the world. We really hope to get everyone's support.
