WELE: Hi Thảo, thanks for agreeing to this interview with the program. Could you tell us a bit about yourself?

Thảo: Hi WELE and everyone, I'm currently working in the customer service department of a logistics services company, District 1.

WELE: How did you find out about the WELE program?

Thảo: I happened to be scrolling through Facebook and saw people reviewing WELE, so I looked into it and found that WELE was a perfect fit for my English learning needs, so I signed up and started using it.

WELE: You've currently logged over 100 points with the program. What has helped you keep training your listening skills on WELE consistently?

Thảo: Since English is pretty important for me at work, I have to set aside time every day to practice listening, keep it up without any breaks — even when I'm busy I still have to push through it. If a lesson is long, I'll listen to half of it and finish the rest the next day.

WELE: What do you think makes WELE different from other online English learning programs?

Thảo: The difference between WELE and other online English learning programs is it's FREE + you get dedicated support from the admin team. A wide variety of listening lessons and listening levels. The website looks great — bright, colorful, and easy to use ?

WELE: Do you have any tips or a message for other members of the program?

Thảo: I hope everyone can keep up with English listening dictation every day, and keep pushing through bit by bit. There are times when a lesson is just too hard for me — I listen over and over, more than 10 times, and still can't catch it. When that happens, I just set it aside, come back to it another day, and find an easier lesson to listen to instead (listening to easier lessons gives you more motivation, since you get to conquer them) — just don't give up on it altogether. Having a foreign language is what helps you get a good job, good income, a better life ?
