Hey everyone, this week let's listen to 6 Minute English with the introduction by admin Thu Hằng
Are you someone who HAS A SWEET TOOTH? If the answer is yes, then this week's topic is really suitable for you hehe :”>
Sugar is found in every food around us, especially in PROCESSED FOOD like yogurt, snacks, or fruit drinks. So how do we know how much sugar is hidden in those foods? The simplest way is to take a glance at the ingredient list printed on the PACKAGING
However, many manufacturers write the ingredient list in a very deceptive way. For example, you go to the supermarket and get a delicious yogurt and they label it as FAT-FREE, thinking you can eat it forever without gaining weight. But the truth is it contains a lot of sugar, so eating a lot will still make you gain weight :”< Wait until it says FAT-FREE and SUGAR-FREE before you clear the shelf and take it home x’DDD (I’m just kiddinggg)
However, NUTRITIONISTS recommend that everyone should HAVE A BALANCED DIET with all the necessary nutrients rather than just avoiding SOMETHING AT ALL COSTS.
So everyone, let's create a suitable eating plan for ourselves, don’t be too harsh on our two friends SUGAR and FAT, they are innocent hehe.
