Hi everyone, this week we will explore the very familiar topic STREET FOOD along with the narration by ad Thu Hằng.
Although this is a familiar concept for Vietnamese people, for the British, MARKET STALLS selling delicious food cooked on the spot is quite new, as it is not part of the BRITISH TRADITION and not commonly associated with British culture. Perhaps it’s the weather in England, with its little sunlight and much rain, that leads people not often enjoying food on the street.
Nowadays, street food is truly TAKING OFF, developing in a PHENOMENAL way and gradually becoming MAINSTREAM accepted and supported by everyone. These foods are not only appearing in large cities, but now in the PROVINCES, street foods can sometimes even become local specialties.
Street foods really CAPTURED THE IMAGINATION of everyone because they are considered AUTHENTIC FOOD, meaning very fresh food cooked right in front of you, unlike MICROWAVE FOOD – pre-made meals that just need to be heated in a MICROWAVE OVEN.
Vietnam has countless delicious street foods, I really crave them. Before you GRAB A BITE, can you name a STREET FOOD and share your experience with the dish you have eaten?
Wishing you all a joyful time TUCKING INTO STREET FOODS!
